Our consultancy service has worked across the public and private sectors including defence, telecoms, IT, health sector, charities, manufacturing, financial institutions and banking. 

Our method involves working alongside internal staff to analyse the current business needs and then develop a bespoke framework using the techniques from Axelos, APM and APMG as appropriate.  Therefore, we are an external voice in organisations to help them work towards their business goals and objectives. Bringing our expertise from many previous implementations we can help develop maturity improvement paths, working with directors and managers to help them embed their frameworks into everyday use. 

We facilitate, advise, and assist in improving the smooth running of existing project, programme and risk frameworks.  This is done by looking at how it they are currently being deployed and how teams are currently using them. Then working with those teams, tailor how they operate to best meet the needs of the business. 

On a smaller scale, we can offer coaching and mentoring to staff less experienced in Project, Programme and Risk Management.  Allowing them to raise their competency in Project, Programme and Risk Management quicker than through on the job experience.

Acting as a virtual Centre of Excellence, we have assisted organisations gain the maximum benefit from an effective PMO supporting their Projects, Programmes and Portfolios.
